J.D. Willey received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in 1991.  Subsequently J.D. spent seven years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Prior to joining PCCA Outside Sales in 2002, J.D. filled sales roles in major pharma and the compounding supplier industries.  He is skilled in account management, business development, and small business operations.  As Eagle Analytical Services General Manager, J.D.  guides, directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates the activities of the organization within the framework of the established philosophy, objectives, policies and culture adopted by the parent company, PCCA.
